Mr. Fan was appointed as the General Manager of ASIMCO Nanyue in 2004. Before his induction, he has been working for ASIMCO Nanyue and its predecessor Hengyang Auto Components Factory for 33 years. He used to take the position of Technician, Workshop Manager, Purchasing Manager and Sales Manager. In 1997, he was promoted as the Deputy General Manager of Sales and five years later became of the Executive Deputy General Manager of ASIMCO Nanyue.

Mr. Fan graduated from the Open College of Central Communist Party School.

Mr. Fan has a rich operation management experience and an excellent leadership.
