Prior to joining ASIMCO, Gary was President and CEO of Energy Conversion Systems, LLC, a global supplier of magnetic and carbon motor products to the automotive and industrial markets, with operations in North and South America, Europe, Korea and China. He previously served as COO of Magnequench, Inc, a global supplier of rare earth magnetic products, with multiple operations in China. Prior to Magnequench, Gary was CEO of Xolox Corporation and Executive Chairman of Xolox Malaysia, suppliers of mechanical components to the data storage market. He also has served as President of Zollner Pistons, a Tier 1 supplier of automotive and heavy-duty pistons. He began his professional career with Price Waterhouse, where he achieved Partner (Mergers and Acquisitions) in 1989.
Gary is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a past member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Morehead State University and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Kentucky. He currently serves as a director of Micro Poise Measurement Systems, LLC and is a member of the Advisory Board of American Industrial Partners, a private equity investment fund. Previously Gary served as a director of Applegate Steel, Wolverine Brass, and Seilkop Industries. Mr. Riley also served for four years in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea for two years. Gary is 53 years old. |
