Financial Analyst (AMTL)
Position:
Financial Analyst (AMTL)
Location: ASIMCO HQ in Beijing
Report to:Finance Director – Commercial & Operations
Responsibilities: 1. Daily work with review & prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report/forecast/budget/analysis for several individual operating companies with high quality and meet the timing requirements;
2. Responsible for train & instruct individual operating company finance people on all Finance/Accounting issues;
3. Understand operating companies' business/operation/products/accounting system and MIS system by travel to individual location regularly and closely work with operating companies' finance people;
4. Identify problems in operating companies' operation by analyzing the reports and come up with suggestions to improve;
5. Responsible for two-way communication between operating companies and ASIMCO Headquarter on Finance / Accounting issues;
6. Responsible for finalizing individual operating company's year-end auditing report timely and with the least of adjustments;
7. Cooperate with Internal Control team to review OC's IC system
8. Cooperate with OC to review cost system
9. Deal with adhoc queries in a timely manner;
QualificationRequirements: 1. Bachelor degree from University with Finance / Accounting or related major;
2. At least 3 years experience working in a manufacturing company;
3. Good understanding with manufacture cost system;
4. Good at teamwork and strong communication skills;
5. Good English skill with writing and reading.
6. Self-motivated;
7. Experience with ERP system like Fourth Shift would be a plus.

QualificationRequirements:

- At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry and is familiar with the quality system;
- Have extensive experience in project management, understand the import and export operation;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Mature, honest and reliable, hardworking style with team work spirit;
- Good command of English; candidates with Japanese, German or French skill are preferred;
- Frequent travel is a requirement and might be stationed in ASIMCO?s operating companies outside Beijing.

Occupational Health& Safety Manager

Occupational Health& Safety Manager

Report to:Human Resource Director
Responsibilities:
- Establish corporate health/safety enterprise culture;
- Implement and maintain ASIMCO health/safety standard;
- Support operating companies to achieve excellence and protect corporate from loss of health/safety;
- Keep all Occupational Health and Safety performances legal conformance;
- Control Occupational Health and Safety Risk to acceptable level.
QualificationRequirements:
- University degree or above in the field of Engineering. Safety or Industry hygiene major is preferred;
- At least 5 years? experience in the area of health/safety management in multi-national industry enterprise;
- Have solid knowledge and deep understanding about health/safety management;
- Health/safety incident investigation ability;
- Health/Safety hazardous identification ability;
- Knowledge and working experience about OHSAS18001;
- Both oral and written communication ability;
- Leadership skill and experience.
- Skilled in training;
- Good English ability and computer skills;
- Certificated Safety Engineer is preferred;
- OHSAS 18001 certificate is preferred;
- Regional or sub-regional safety management experience is preferred.

Training & Development Manager
Position:
Training & Development Manager
Location: Beijing
Report to:HR Director
Develops, coordinates and implements a variety of training and development programs. Responsible for training and development services. Development a team of training and development staff in operating companies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and council related to organizational development and talent management issues;
- Organizes training programs, and handles related issues;
- Organize training requirement surveys, designs training and development plan in accordance with the training needs? analysis, performance evaluation results and business needs;
- Establishes training management system and related regulation;
- Sets the related regulation about labor contract management.
- Conducts research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets. Uses the training funds appropriately, and keeps the cost within the budget.
QualificationRequirements:
- A college-above degree;
- HR management courses or advanced degree a plus;
- Good command of English;
- Over 5 years experience in HR, experience in a manufacturing environment a plus;
- Experience with people development systems.
