Company-wide, ASIMCO Technologies has a deep pool of well educated technical employees, with over 1,000 individuals holding university degrees in engineering. Advanced engineering software, such as AutoCAD, SurfCAM, Master CAM, CAXA, Pro-E, Sigraph, CATIA, Solidworks, UG and I-DEAS, facilitates new product development and is widely used throughout the organization. State-of-the-art test equipment and  lab facilities ensure reliable quality, and provides the capability to develop new product and processes to meet the changing demands of the global marketplace.

In addition to its internal resources, ASIMCO Technologies has product development relationships with many leading universities in China and the United States, as well as professional engineering organizations and development centers such as MIRA in the United Kingdom. ASIMCO Technologies plans to further expand its product development and application engineering activities through the establishment of specialized technical centers dedicated to each of its major product lines. The Company's NVH technical center in Wuhu, Anhui Province in China is the first to be formalized in this manner.
