ASIMCO Technologies possesses the latest rubber molding equipment including injection molding machines, vacuum presses with automatic uploading and downloading mechanics and inter-mixers with a fully automatic ingredient weighing system.

To match the specific molding process, ASIMCO Technologies has both the equipment and the personnel to create molds capable of producing high-precision rubber components as defined by customers and the Rubber Manufacturers Association Handbook on molded rubber products. The in-house machine shop is equipped with the latest CNC machinery for designing, building, maintaining and modifying molds, and the tool makers and engineers work closely together throughout the mold making process.

Rubber compressive molding equipment:  K5Mark5, DS75-100, DX55-150 rubber inter-mixers, HT2000-3 performing machine, THP-2-250 vacuum and vulcanizing presses.

Rubber injection molding equipment:  K5Mark5, DS75-100, DX55-150 rubber inter-mixers, HT2000-3 performing machine, REP & LWB injection molding machines

Rubber transfer compressive molding equipment:  K5Mark5, DS75-100, DX55-150 rubber inter-mixers, HT2000-3 performing machine, THP-2-250 vacuum presses and vulcanizing presses.
