The ASIMCO Management Supervisory Board, established by a joint effort of group management and the General Managers of related operating companies,  has held its first meeting successfully focusing on the strategy and future development of ASIMCO group as well as operational improvement in order to better serve customers and satisfy shareholders. The evaluation and discussion from the meeting would provide a good guidance to the daily operational activities.
 
Recently, due to the reason that Mr. Ted Winterrowd has returned to USA and based there, he will no longer act as the member of Supervisory Board. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhou Haiping, General Manager of ASIMCO Shendian, has been appointed member of ASIMCO Management Supervisory Board.
 
Mr. Zhou joined ASIMCO in 1995 as the General Manager of ASIMCO Shendian. Before that, he worked as Party Secretary, Workshop Manager, Production Manager, Office Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager in Hubei Super-Elec Auto Electric Motor Co., Ltd, the predecessor of ASIMCO Shendian. He always goes down to the grass roots and is very familiar with operation, product, technology and finance. Mr. Zhou is an expert in management and operation and under his leadership, ASIMCO Shendian is making steady progress. Mr. Zhou will bring new value and experience to the Supervisory Board.
 
Currently the Supervisory Board is composed by: Mr. Gary Riley, President & CEO; Mr. Arnie Jensen, Executive Vice President & COO;  Mr. Wilson Ni, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing; Mr. Gary Ding, Vice President of Finance; Mr. Henry Huang, Vice President of Public & Government Affairs; Mr. Bob Iwata, Vice President / Chief Representative – Japan Office; Ms. Linda Liu, Executive Director of Human Resources; Mr. Fan Jiang, General Manager of ASIMCO Nanyue; Mr. Wu Yingxue, General Manager of ASIMCO Shuanghuan; Mr. Steven Cao, Regional General Manager of ASIMCO Shanxi; Mr. Zhou Haiping, General Manager of ASIMCO Shendian.
 
The Board will conduct regular meetings to evaluate business performance, review and prepare strategic plans and annual operating plans.
