In June 2009, ASIMCO Technologies Limited (“ASIMCO”) has formally announced its new Vision, Guiding Beliefs and Leaders’ Behavior, which shows clearly ASIMCO’s future direction of business development and helps employees to better understand their work focuses and plan their future career.

In the past year, ASIMCO has made a series of reform to better satisfy its customers’ needs by providing them with more value through quality, service and technology improvement.  Gary Riley, President and CEO of the Group, said that satisfying customers’ needs will make ASIMCO business a success, from which ASIMCO’s investors and employees could benefit.  And, this is where the ASIMCO’s vision comes from.

ASIMCO’s new Vision:

In addition to the new Vision statement, ASIMCO has also published its Guiding Beliefs.  Guiding Beliefs outline the key matters that support the Vision statement and guide the behavior of ASIMCO employees in conducting their daily business and setting priorities.

Mr. Riley said that the expected behaviors of ASIMCO Leaders are also critical to creating an environment to make the employees, and thus all of ASIMCO, successful.  In order to learn new things from the company leaders and make progress every day, the spirit of respect and understanding and effective ways of learning and communicating from each other need to be established between leaders and employees.  “This is what ASIMCO expects from its leaders,” he added.
