Mr. Zhou Haiping was born in 1956. Since 1995 when he joined ASIMCO, he has been the General Manager of ASIMCO Shendian. Before that, he worked as Party Secretary, Workshop Manager, Production Manager, Office Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager in Hubei Super-Elec Auto Electric Motor Co., Ltd, the predecessor of ASIMCO Shendian. Mr. Zhou is an expert in management and operation and very familiar with plant operation, product, technology and finance.
 
Mr. Zhou graduated from Hubei Radio and Television University. In 2000, he gained his postgraduate certificate in MBA courses at Wuhan University.
