Established in 1997 in conjunction with Caterpillar and the Chinese partner, ASIMCO Technologies established a large scale foundry factory producing blocks and heads for diesel engines.  Its core making, molding, melting and finishing processes are some of the most advanced in the world.  The facility is located in Shanxi Province and has 45,000 tons of capacity.

The factory pays close attention to new product development and the technologies of ductile iron and vermicular iron are under the development.  The quality of its grey iron products ranks the No. 1 in domestic market.

The factory supplies its products to well-known domestic and global companies, such as Yulin Diesel, Hino, Cummins, Iveco, CNHTC, Caterpillar, Perkins, etc.
