While China has over 10,000 foundries, only a handful are capable of producing high quality castings suitable for use in today’s OEM requirement.  ASIMCO Technologies has a wide range of iron casting capability which includes a block and head foundry, a foundry to make chilled cast camshaft blanks and a new piston ring foundry.

In non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, ASIMCO Technologies was the first aluminum die caster to receive a Q1 quality rating from Ford Motor Company in China.  The Company manufactures high pressure die castings for international and China markets.  The products include flywheel cover, cam cover, pump body, engine brackets, gear box cover, steering housing and oil pan, etc.  In addition to pressure die castings, The Company makes gravity castings as well. 

ASIMCO Technologies supplies aluminum fuel pump housings and other aluminum cast components to its diesel fuel injection plants, as well as to global manufacturers of common rail systems.  The Company also supplies intake manifolds to both China and international customers.
