Safety parts require advanced casting, machining and manufacturing capability.  ASIMCO Technologies’ products for the chassis include brake and suspension components, which are generally considered to be “safety components”.  The capability in the domestic market needs to be improved in this area.  Manufacturing these products requires rigid quality controls; access to key materials technologies and strong machining capability.   

ASIMCO Technologies' Chassis Unit encompasses air compressors for commercial vehicles and other major brake components for passenger cars, such as brake drums and discs.  ASIMCO Technologies is also integrating its chassis products with products produced by its NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) technologies to meet the increasing demands of its OEM customers.
