ASIMCO Technologies specializes in the production of components, modules and systems used in the Powertrain and Chassis sections of a vehicle. The Powertrain includes the engine, transmission and fuel system, while the Chassis includes brake and suspension products. Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) products are used in both Powertrain and Chassis.  

The Company works closely with its customers to develop new products that meet the needs of the rapidly growing China market, as well as to take advantage of the lower cost and technological advantages of China production.

Within China's expanding automotive market, ASIMCO Technologies is increasing its access to product, process and materials technologies needed to build its business-technologies that do not currently exist in China.  This will be achieved by continuing to develop relationships with key global partners, as it has already done with Caterpillar, Haldex Corporation and Nippon Piston Ring.  

In addition, ASIMCO Technologies will acquire companies in developed markets that can provide technology and know-how, as it did in the acquisition of the North American camshaft business of Federal-Mogul, and the acquisition of NVH Concepts, Inc.

Greater emphasis is also being placed on enhancing the Company's own product development and research. ASIMCO Technologies' broad list of products and process capabilities, combined with its presence in and knowledge of the China market, are solid building blocks for proactive research and development activity and will help the Company achieve its goal "to be recognized as the global leader in all of its products".
