ASIMCO Technologies specializes in delivering braking solutions to global automotive customers.  The Company's capability extends from original casting to the final machining of components with core strengths in the production of calipers, discs, hubs and drums.

Ductile castings are produced at ASIMCO Technologies foundry in Gu'an and are fully machined on site prior to being shipped to the customer. Providing fully machined castings is a core part of ASIMCO Technologies' strategy - it not only enables the Company to manage a high level of production quality but it is a value added service. 

While China has over 10,000 foundries, only a handful are capable of producing high quality, ductile iron castings suitable for use in safety critical brake and chassis parts.  In addition, since most foundries in the US and China have none or limited machining capability, ASIMCO Technologies' ability to deliver fully machined castings represents an important competitive advantage.
