ASIMCO Technologies has two NVH facilities in Anhui Province in China and is a leading producer of molded rubber products in Asia. In addition to providing a wide range of molded rubber products to both the China and export markets, ASIMCO Technologies is focusing on developing complete NVH solutions to its customers. In 2005, the Company expanded its test and development capabilities and is currently developing various engine mounting systems including hydraulic mounts for its customers' new vehicle programs. The Company uses metal stampings and castings in combination with molded rubber, plastic and composite meterials to produce products such as bushings, engine mounts and body mounts for the global automotive industry. These products improve vehicle quality, performance and comfort by reducing noise, vibration and harshness inherent in the functioning of the powertrain and chassis.

In 2004, a new green-field NVH manufacturing facility was completed in Wuhu, Anhui Province and in 2006, a new state of the art rubber mixing facility was added to the plant.
