Financial Analyst/Consolidation & Financial Reporting
JobDescription: The Financial Analyst / Consolidation and Financial Reporting, directly reporting to Assistant Controller, will prepare the group consolidated financials, participate to the group annual statutory audit process, manage the Group Chart of Account, develop and update policies and procedures for accounting and reporting, and assist to the group account reconciliation and other responsibilities. Qualified candidate may have opportunities to more senior positions in the future 2-3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements as per US generally accepted accounting principles (monthly/quarterly/annual);
- Elimination and reconciliation of inter company transactions and accounts;
- Maintain and manage the Group Chart of Account;
- Contribute to the development and updating of policies and procedures for accounting and reporting;
- Prepare and provide analysis for consolidated reports;
- Participate to the external annual audit-reporting process;
- Participate to the group account reconciliation;
- To document the consolidation and accounting procedures and provide training to accounting staff in operating companies;
- Assist Assistant Controller with all related functions.
Profile:
- University graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Appropriate and recognized accounting designation (CPA or other appropriate accounting certificates preferred);
- Over 2 years of experience in finance & accounting (experience in auditing or consolidation preferred);
- Attention to details;
- Stress resistant and ability to cope with deadline;
- Good team player;
- Constant and recognized integrity;
- Advanced software Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Good command of English.
