Cummins’s high-level meeting on supplier relationship management was successfully held in
ASIMCO Shuanghuan on October 17, 2023. This meeting was initiated by Chen Hua, General Manager of Foton Cummins, and Li Kaishun, CEO of ASIMCO, and witnessed the presence of the purchasing directors of Cummins China and its JVs as well as the general managers of ASIMCO Shuanghuan, ASIMCO Shanxi and ASIMCO Camshaft and their teams.
The meeting was presided over by Zhang Yaozhi, Purchasing Director of Dongfeng Cummins. Hou Shijie, Purchasing Director of Cummins China, Duan Jie, Chief Product Officer of Foton Cummins, and Zhang Xu, Purchasing Manager of Dongfeng Cummins, delivered the speeches entitled Cummins’s Institutional Framework and Business Updating, Cummins’s Road to Zero Carbon and ASIMCO Group’s Performance Review.
After that, Li Kaishun introduced the business progress of ASIMCO Group and all its operating companies. As he said, the Group has sufficient capability and determination to identify, confront and resolve crises in this rapidly changing market. The Group firmly believes the continued development and investment of traditional business. While maximizing its traditional business, the Group will start new energy business and seek to tap greater development potentials by pushing our limit and making rational business layouts.
Cheng Hua congratulated on the Group’s great success in 2022 and spoke highly of the impressive performance of its operating companies including ASIMCO Shuanghuan, ASIMCO Camshaft and ASIMCO Shanxi. He was impressed by the Group’s momentous changes and he believed that the Group will embrace considerable growth potentials.
